Bridgetown's FTP Server Instructions

To upload to Bridgetown, log in and place your files in the incoming folder. Please compress your files before uploading as this will speed up the transfer time and protect against file corruption. If you have multiple files, place all of the files in a folder and compress the folder. To download from Bridgetown, log in and retrieve your files from the outgoing folder.

The following methods can be used for uploading to, and downloading from Bridgetown's FTP server.
Listed in order, most stable first.

1. Using Your FTP Client Application

There are many to choose from, we recommend RBrowser for Mac and Filezilla for Windows, both are freeware.

To log in, enter the following:


Host: Username: Password:

ftp.bridgetown.com guest password


2. Bridgetown FTP Web Access

Select the following link.
http://74.201.55.148
To log in, enter the following:
User Name: guest
Password: password

3. Web Browser Link:

Click on the following link to take you directly to the Bridgetown FTP guest account.
ftp://guest:password@ftp.bridgetown.com

4. Upload to Bridgetown Droplet Application.

(Note that the droplet will upload only and can not be used for downloading.)
This method will allow you to simply drag and drop your file(s) onto an application icon that's pre-configured for Bridgetown's FTP server. You will need to decompress the file and follow the quick and easy instructions for installation. Please click on the link specific to your platform.

After installing the droplet application, just drag 'n' drop to upload your files.

If you would like to set up your own account, which would be accessible to only you and Bridgetown,please supply us with a user name and password. Contact your Sales Representative or Project Planner to initiate your request. Please allow one day to complete your request.
