To UPLOAD your files please select one of 2 methods:

1. Using Bridgetown’s FTP Droplet Application (New and easy to use!)
   
   This method will allow you to simply drag and drop your file(s) onto an application icon that’s pre-configured for Bridgetown’s FTP server. You will need to decompress the file and follow the quick and easy instructions for installation. Please click on the link specific to your platform.

2. Using Your FTP Client Application
   
   Please compress your job files. Stuffit will work for the Mac and WinZip for Windows files.

   Log on to our FTP server with an FTP client like RBrowserLite or Fetch for Mac and SmartFTP or Bulletproof FTP for Windows. Use these settings:
   

   Host: Username: Password:

   ftp.bridgetown.com guest password

   
   

   If you would like to set up your own FTP account, you will need to supply us with a username and password. Please allow one day to complete your request. Contact your Sales Representative or CSR to initiate your request.

   Drag and drop your compressed files to the incoming folder.

   After your upload has finished, please contact your Sales Representative or CSR to let them know the name of the file(s) that you have uploaded.
   

To DOWNLOAD your files please select one of 2 methods:

1. Using Your Web Browser
   
   To connect with a web browser, click this link:
   ftp://guest:password@ftp.bridgetown.com
   
   Download your files from the outgoing folder.
2. Using Your FTP Client Application
